- 2 red chillies or chilli paste (deseeded, then thinly sliced)
- 2 teaspoons roasted peanut (crushed)

- Cook Sauce: Cook gently over low heat, stirring continuously.
- Adjust Consistency: Gradually add a bit more water while stirring until the sauce looks glossy and smooth.
